Purchasing Policy

At Garbep S.A. we want to offer you a fabulous online shopping experience.

Any person of legal age can legally place an order (hereinafter, the CUSTOMER).

1. Price

Prices in the Europe area (countries belonging to the EU) include VAT applicable in Spain. Prices outside the Europe area (non-EEC countries), do not include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, fees or duties.

2. Shipping

Spain: Free shipping on all orders over € 24 to Spain and Portugal (ex. Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Portuguese Islands). Orders to peninsula Spain less than € 24 will have a fixed shipping cost of € 4.99 + VAT applicable in Spain.

For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands, the shipping costs will be indicated when placing the order and in advance of its confirmation. THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS OR FEES, THESE WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CUSTOMER.

European Union and rest of the world: For both European and non-European countries, shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and this will be announced before payment confirmation. We will progressively add countries. At the moment delivery is limited to those indicated.

3. Delivery time

Spain: If the delivery address is in Spain (peninsula) or Portugal, the order will be delivered in a maximum of approximately 96 working hours, with the exception of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores where it will be delivered in a maximum of 10 business days approximately.

Rest of European Union: (now not available) For European Union countries, delivery will be made in a maximum of approximately 10 business days.

Rest of the world: (currently not available) For countries that do not belong to the European Union, delivery will take between 6-12 business days approximately. * Transit time to the Customs office of destination. Orders received during the weekend or holidays will be processed during the next business day. The packages will be sent through our transport agency, this being the only way of shipping and delivery to post office boxes is not possible.

4. We will keep you informed

After making your purchase you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.

In case of having special requirements such as leaving the package at reception, delivery time specific, etc., you can indicate it with a comment when placing the order in the field “Remarks” and we will transfer it to the carrier.

The delivery is considered made from the moment the product is made available to the Customer. by the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery receipt. It corresponds to the addressee verifying the products upon receipt of the same and exposing all the exceptions and claims that may be justified on the delivery note.

An order can be canceled due to lack of stock, which will generate a refund of the order amount.

5. Exchanges and returns

The Garbep S.A. online store works with the policy of exchanges and returns that below is indicated. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased from the Online store of Garbep S.A.

No changes or refunds can be made at any of the Garbep S.A. distributors. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative one, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

The return of the product must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

6. To return a product

Contact our Customer Service department to manage the return. You can do so by sending an email to info@lanco-toys.es. The hours of operation are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (GMT + 1).

You must apply the return within the following 30 days from the purchase date, the return costs will run by your own. If the client does it by his means, he will not be able to claim the refund of the amount of transport used by the customer to make the return.

The product must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar sizes and capacities.

After receiving the products in our warehouse and verifying that they are in correct condition, we will pay you the amount paid for the product within 10 business days, in the same way in which you made the purchase.

7. Payment methods

Garbep S.A. will only accept payment by credit or debit card. The money will be taken online, in other words in real time, through the payment gateway of the bank, once it has been established that the data are correct.

8. Pago Seguro

Para Garbep S.A., la seguridad en las compras online es fundamental. Todas las transacciones se llevan a cabo a través de sistemas de pago seguros y los datos confidenciales del pago son transmitidos directamente y de forma encriptada (SSL) a la entidad. La información se manda de forma encriptada con una fuerza de 256bits, evitando problemas de seguridad y que los datos de los clientes puedan llegar a terceros. Instalar un certificado digital, es una recomendación de la Agencia de Protección de datos Española. Los certificados llevan un seguro de responsabilidad civil para en caso de fallo cubrir daños.

9. Acontecimientos fuera de nuestro control

No seremos responsables de ningún incumplimiento o retraso en el cumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones que asumamos al amparo de un Contrato, cuya causa se deba a acontecimientos que están fuera de nuestro control razonable (“Causa de Fuerza Mayor”).
Las Causas de Fuerza Mayor incluirán cualquier acto, acontecimiento, falta de ejercicio, omisión o accidente que esté fuera de nuestro control razonable y entre otros, los siguientes:

  1. Huelgas, cierres patronales u otras medidas reivindicativas.
  2. Conmoción civil, revuelta, invasión, ataque terrorista o amenaza terrorista, guerra (declarada o no) o amenaza o preparativos de guerra.
  3. Incendio, explosión, tormenta, inundación, terremoto, hundimiento, epidemia o cualquier otro desastre natural.
  4. Imposibilidad de uso de trenes, barcos, aviones, transportes de motor u otros medios de transporte, públicos o privados.
  5. Imposibilidad de utilizar sistemas públicos o privados de telecomunicaciones.
  6. Actos, decretos, legislación, normativa o restricciones de cualquier gobierno o autoridad pública.
  7. Huelga, fallos o accidentes de transporte marítimo o fluvial, postal o cualquier otro tipo de transporte.

Se entenderá que nuestras obligaciones derivadas de Contratos quedarán suspendidas durante el periodo en que la Causa de Fuerza Mayor continúe, y dispondremos de una ampliación en el plazo para cumplir dichas obligaciones por un periodo de tiempo igual al que dure la Causa de Fuerza Mayor. Pondremos todos los medios razonables para que finalice la Causa de Fuerza Mayor o para encontrar una solución que nos permita cumplir nuestras obligaciones en virtud del Contrato a pesar de la Causa de Fuerza Mayor.
